Cemented carbide (tungsten carbide) and technical ceramic powders are prepared with a binder system into a homogeneous feedstock – the basis for pressed parts, extrudates and injection-moulded parts. Two counter-rotating double-Z/sigma blades shear powder and binder together, pore-free and reproducibly.

HTV and RTV silicone rubber, solid silicone as well as butyl rubber and butyl sealing compounds are highly viscous and tacky. Incorporating fumed silica, carbon black, cross-linkers and colour pastes generates high shear forces and heat. For this, Linden relies on double-Z/sigma kneaders with double-jacket temperature control, vacuum and individual speed control.
